I’m a mom, wife, lover of life, world traveler, and lifelong believer in the power of connecting with others.Early on, I was the awkward introvert in school. If someone asked me my name, I would turn red like a tomato. Presentations? I felt like I might pass out. I rarely raised my hand because I was terrified of being wrong or drawing attention to myself.At 23, I started working in Corporate America, and my Director saw something in me that I couldn’t fully see in myself yet:A gift for connecting with people.That became the beginning of a lifelong fascination with communication, confidence, storytelling, and what makes people truly connect.Over the years, I naturally become the go to person for my corporate & entrepreneurial friends to learn how to "Connect & Collaborate".I realized that the confidence I had once struggled with could be developed, and that the way we communicate can completely change how people experience us.Today, I help leaders, teams, and organizations communicate with greater confidence, build stronger relationships, and create cultures where people feel seen, understood, and connected.
